Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Q: How do I get free shipping?
A: We have great news for you, all U.S. orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
Q: What size should I be in your clothing?
A: Please review our size chart.
We carry sizes XSmall - 3XL. Sizes extra-small through 3XL depend on each style. Most of our garments run true to size (juniors' sizing).
Q: What are final sales?
A: Any item that is a final sale means that the item non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. These products include: CLEARANCE, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, and INTIMATES SALES. No exceptions.
Q: One of my items is damaged, what do I do?
A: If you believe the item you received is damaged, please email shop@mintgroveboutique.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. Once we receive this information, we will be happy to initiate a resolution at no additional cost.
